Unbelievable... Ordered 3 items from this location and after waiting almost 2 hours, I called... I was told that the driver called me, I answered his call at 6:25PM and he didn't reply, check his call log, I kept saying hello for 30 seconds... My call log shows it... I was then told I'd have to an additional $4.99 delivery fee, for what, their lies and mistakes??? I asked to speak to the manager, after about 30 seconds, I was told the manager didn't want to speak to me... Are you serious right now... I'm done, no more from this store, they don't care about their costumers...

Would give zero stars if I could here I am sick .Looking for dinner for my kids and Pizza made wrong go in to have Manager tell me I wasn't charged for my topping when clearly I was. My other Pizza getting cold while I wait for a remake that they demanded I bring Pizza back to prove but when I show my receipt she said she could credit my account .Not to mention most disgusting Manager was smoking outside when I came in .She came back in and never washed her hands .I will absolutely never going back to this Dominos they clearly don't know what food safety is .

2 of my 4 subs were wrong. I ordered all chicken, bacon, ranch and 2 of them were delivered Philly cheesesteak, 1 of the chicken, bacon, ranch subs looked like half the bottom of the bread was missing and the other one was wrapped in burned cheese. I called the store and was told “that’s how the sandwiches are made as of 2 days ago” and “we get the bread precut, there’s nothing we can do how the bread is cut and looks.” I was told they all passed quality check. I even offered to bring the subs back up after they were delivered to show them the quality.They were only willing to replace 2 of the subs AFTER I spent almost 10 minutes arguing with them.

Every time we order, we spend 40+ dollars and you guys never give us our sauce. We gotta wait for you guys to deliver the sauce a second time and when I called tonight, they hung up on me because lady says it we’ll just credit your account and I tell her no we’d like to have what we ordered for dinner and she said don’t get an attitude with me and hangs up. They’re very unprofessional and you know the whole thing of it is is that that customer service you guys can’t even remember what sauces you bag up and they are very, very unprofessional on the phone.

Do not order from this location! They didn't deliver my full order. I ordered a 16 piece wings and only got 8. Called and explained and they said come in and get the other half. Drove there to be told they would not honor their word and the woman was extremely rude and aggressive. I order from here regularly but never again. Extremely unprofessional and deceptive. I will be contacting regional headquarters tomorrow. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. They stole from us, wasted our time and then lied about it.
